Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stock incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders for shipment according to quality standards
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse zones per safety protocols
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training)
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
- Willingness to stand/walk for 8+ hours per shift
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation to our Industrial Blvd location
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- No prior warehouse experience required
