Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts
- Safely load/untract trailers and organize warehouse storage
- Follow OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation to shift start times
- Willingness to stand for 8+ hours
- Positive attitude and team player mindset
- Background check and drug screen required
