Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments from trucks and trailers efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and verify orders to ensure 99.9% accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with safety as a priority.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Sort and organize inventory in designated storage areas.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production quotas.
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills.
- Reliable transportation to the workplace.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
