Responsibilities
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory using pallet jacks and hand trucks
- Pick and pack orders with accuracy using RF scanners
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to OSHA standards
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits weekly
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (training provided)
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly with proper technique
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED acceptable)
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation to early morning/late night shifts
- Pass background check and pre-employment physical
- Willingness to stand for 8+ hours with walking required
- No prior experience necessary – we train all new hires
