Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial trucks (Forklift) and hand trucks to move, locate, and place merchandise.
- Pick, pack, and verify products for orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring cargo is secured properly.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock rotation as required.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (loading docks/warehouses).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
