Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and organize incoming shipments using RF scanners and pallet jacks
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and efficiency
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Operate warehouse equipment safely after completing training programs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflow
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we train all new hires
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math and communication skills
- Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment
- Reliable transportation to our DC facility
