Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately process customer orders and prepare them for timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Assist with regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (after certification), and hand trucks.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic Math: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for inventory and scanning.
