Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and record incoming inventory using warehouse management systems
- Efficiently pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment following quality standards
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper certification
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse space to ensure safety and efficiency
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks to support stock accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- No prior warehouse experience necessary – training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
