Responsibilities
- Execute the safe and efficient loading, unloading, and movement of goods within the facility.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and stock organization using handheld scanners.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided upon hiring).
- Maintain a pristine and organized workspace, adhering to strict safety protocols.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent GED certification.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
