As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our supply chain runs smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select and package customer orders according to strict quality standards.
- Forklift Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery to move inventory.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels through scanning and counting.
- Load and Unload: Efficiently load and unload trucks, ensuring cargo safety during transit.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe by adhering to OSHA safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage or defects.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED: Basic educational requirement.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Forklift Certification: Preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
- Basic Math Skills: Ability to read labels, invoices, and use scanners.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
