Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using barcode scanners
- Pick and pack orders for shipment according to quality standards
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training)
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse zones per OSHA guidelines
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits with supervisor guidance
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we train!
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs)
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation to 789 Industrial Park Blvd
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (company-provided)
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures
