Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (training provided).
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or errors.
- Organize stockrooms, shelves, and aisles to maintain a safe and efficient workspace.
- Load and unload trucks using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Report inventory discrepancies and safety hazards to management immediately.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Ability to lift up to 50-60 pounds repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
