Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Management: Receive incoming stock, verify quantities, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided upon hiring).
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Shipping & Receiving: Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of goods to prevent damage.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and peers to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome entry-level candidates and provide on-the-job training.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Basic Skills: Strong reading comprehension and basic math skills for scanning and counting.
- Attention to Detail: Must be meticulous when handling inventory and paperwork.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
