Responsibilities
- Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment with high accuracy.
- Performing regular inventory counts and maintaining stock organization.
- Loading and unloading trucks and containers safely and efficiently.
- Operating basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Ensuring the work area is clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety regulations.
- Collaborating with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Reliable transportation and valid government-issued ID.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new processes quickly.
