Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort packages efficiently using conveyor belts and handheld scanners.
- Pack items securely into boxes, ensuring proper labeling and sealing.
- Move inventory to designated storage areas using material handling equipment.
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety compliance.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 49 lbs repeatedly.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (up to 10 hours).
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and temperature-controlled environments.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new technology quickly.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
