Responsibilities
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently using manual or powered equipment.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies using handheld scanners.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse management software and handheld devices.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required; paid on-the-job training is provided.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
