Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately process orders using warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and conducting cycle counts.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks, operate pallet jacks, and forklifts (training provided).
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe at all times.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets standards.
- Shipping Receiving: Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against bills of lading.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and orders.
- Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team setting.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with simple arithmetic for scanning and counting.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts (day, swing, or night).
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience is accepted.
