Job Summary
As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for the accurate picking, packing, and shipping of merchandise. You will ensure that our inventory is managed efficiently and that our distribution center operates smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor systems safely.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy.
- Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock organization.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the 8-10 hour shift.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for scanning and inventory tracking.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
