Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks and trailers efficiently using hand trucks and forklifts.
- Sort, pack, and organize merchandise in the warehouse to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure orders are complete and accurate.
- Operate warehouse machinery (Forklift, Pallet Jack) safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license (not always required for indoor roles).
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Indianapolis facility.
