Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely load, unload, and move freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately select merchandise and prepare it for shipment using WMS (Warehouse Management System) scanners.
- Inventory Management: Assist in inventory counts, cycle counts, and maintaining accurate stock levels within the warehouse.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all shipping labels and documentation are correct.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other associates to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: A proven history of good attendance and punctuality.
- Basic Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Attention to Detail: Must be meticulous in scanning items and verifying orders.
