Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately and efficiently for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, sorting, and organizing stock to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and warehouse regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Load/Unload: Assist with loading and unloading trucks and trailers in a timely manner.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- No Experience Necessary: We provide full training for the right candidate. Prior warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for counting and inventory checks.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling products and data.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
