Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Perform inventory checks and ensure accurate scanning of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Package and label items according to company standards to ensure safe transport.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Assist in organizing warehouse aisles and ensuring proper storage of materials.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Report any damaged goods or equipment issues immediately to supervisors.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation and a consistent attendance record.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various weather conditions.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (but not strictly required for entry-level).
