Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials, products, and equipment to and from storage areas, production lines, and delivery vehicles.
- Package and prepare shipments for delivery using appropriate packaging materials and methods.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse inventory system, ensuring accurate stock counts.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently; certification provided.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing goods to ensure they meet company standards.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must have a consistent work history and reliable transportation.
- Documents: Must possess a valid driver's license or state-issued ID.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Skills: Basic math and reading comprehension skills; willingness to learn new processes.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
