Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, sort, and organize incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
- Equipment Operation: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (training provided), and handheld scanners safely.
- Packaging & Shipping: Package products securely for shipment, ensuring all labeling and documentation is correct.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure working environment.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation to and from the warehouse facility.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills and ability to follow written and oral instructions.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when counting, sorting, and inspecting products.
