Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping using warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and organizing stock to ensure optimal warehouse flow.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment (training provided).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards to prevent returns.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a secure working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to meet daily production targets.

Qualifications
