Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided on-site).
- Inspect products for damage or defects before shipping to ensure quality control.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform regular inventory counts and stock adjustments using handheld scanners.
- Operate warehouse management systems to track order status and location data.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required; on-the-job training is provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and strong math skills for inventory accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
