Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners and conveyer systems.
- Operate warehouse machinery such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided upon certification).
- Inspect all products for damage and ensure packaging meets quality standards.
- Organize and maintain warehouse aisles to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Assist in inventory control, counting stock, and reconciling discrepancies.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Valid government-issued ID and ability to pass a background check.
- Reliable transportation to the New York facility.
