Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and accurately stock incoming merchandise to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment to customers.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Quality Control: Perform routine checks to ensure products meet quality standards and are free of defects.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and debris-free warehouse floor and workstations.
- Documentation: Accurately complete daily logs and digital inventory tracking using handheld scanners.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly over an 8-hour shift.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and a proven track record of punctuality and attendance.
- Willingness to Learn: No prior experience is necessary; we teach you the skills you need.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to focus on tasks and follow instructions precisely.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Basic Skills: Basic computer literacy and the ability to read and understand safety labels.
