Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick orders, verify quantities, and pack items for shipment using appropriate packaging materials.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock rotation to ensure product availability.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure and organized workspace.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic inspections and cleaning of warehouse equipment and work areas to ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide paid training for all new hires regardless of background.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow written and verbal instructions and verify product accuracy.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential for team success.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for inventory counting and scanning.
