Responsibilities
- Execute accurate picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders.
- Load and unload freight trucks efficiently using standard warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Verify inventory accuracy and assist in stock rotation and organization.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and shift supervisors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (equivalent work experience considered).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for inventory tracking.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
