Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping to meet daily targets.
- Inventory Management: Perform regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Skills: Basic reading and math skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Background: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
