Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (training provided), and conveyor belts safely.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring accurate inventory counts and proper handling of goods.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision and speed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against documents to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation processes.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not mandatory.
