Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight: Safely handle packages and materials using hand trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, counting, and organizing stock to ensure accuracy.
- Packaging: Properly pack and label shipments to prevent damage during transit.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on machinery and report any maintenance issues.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and warehouse regulations.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with speed and precision.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time hours, including weekends and overtime.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and shipping labels.
- Reliability: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
