Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage materials and products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify incoming inventory against shipping documents to ensure accuracy and report discrepancies immediately.
- Package and label products securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Conduct daily cleaning of the workspace and adhere to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory management to maintain stock accuracy.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for picking, packing, and shipping orders efficiently.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide full training for motivated candidates with no prior warehouse background.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Basic Skills: Comfortable using handheld scanners and basic computer systems.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Safety Conscious: Must demonstrate a strong commitment to safety protocols and workplace rules.
