Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate powered industrial equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system.
- Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and safe by adhering to all OSHA safety standards.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies and report issues immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and performance goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn warehouse management software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred; a willingness to learn is a must.
