Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, label, and prepare products for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, counting, and stock organization to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Equipment Operation: Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts (training provided) to move materials safely.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep workstations, aisles, and storage areas clean and organized.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic Math: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for counting and scanning items.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; high school students welcome.
- Work History: Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.
