Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, check-in, and organize incoming stock to maintain optimal warehouse flow.
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently select and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and damage-free packaging.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided upon hiring).
- Quality Control: Conduct routine inspections of products and packaging materials to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Reliability: Ability to report to work on time consistently and adhere to a shift schedule.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
