Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using industrial scanners and handheld devices.
- Material Handling: Safely load and unload trucks and conveyors, ensuring all materials are handled with care and efficiency.
- Inventory Control: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and stock organization within the warehouse.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and warehouse protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections of equipment and report any maintenance needs to supervisors immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and a commitment to punctuality.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred (not strictly required).
