Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment to ensure 100% satisfaction.
- Inventory Control: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and performing regular stock counts using warehouse management systems.
- Material Handling: Safely operate equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor systems to move materials.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area organized, clean, and safe by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging standards are met.
- Load & Unload: Efficiently load and unload trucks and containers, ensuring cargo security.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team leads and fellow employees.
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level roles.
