Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks) to move inventory within the facility.
- Pick, pack, and verify customer orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Ensure the safety and organization of workstations and storage areas at all times.
- Adhere to strict safety guidelines and operational procedures to maintain a secure environment.
- Collaborate with team leads and peers to meet daily productivity targets.
- Perform inventory checks and cycle counts as required.
- Assist in loading outbound shipments to delivery trucks.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; comprehensive on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods (up to 10 hours).
- Ability to lift and maneuver packages weighing up to 49 pounds (training on heavier machinery available).
- Basic reading, writing, and comprehension skills.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Willingness to pass a background check and drug screen.
