Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Accurately select and pack customer orders to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory audits and cycle counts.
- Material Handling: Safely load and unload trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and warehouse protocols.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment to prevent accidents.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on warehouse equipment and report any issues.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Communication: Basic English skills to understand instructions and safety guidelines.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to focus on tasks and follow standard operating procedures.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
