Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare merchandise orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Utilize handheld RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory.
- Ensure all products are correctly labeled and packaged according to safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks as needed.
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math and reading skills for scanning barcodes and labels.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
