Responsibilities
- Picking and Packing: Accurately select, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records by conducting regular stock counts and organizing warehouse aisles.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (training provided).
- Quality Control: Perform routine quality assurance checks on incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure product integrity.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Shipping & Receiving: Process incoming deliveries and load outbound trucks efficiently during peak hours.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other associates to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome candidates with no prior warehouse experience who are willing to learn.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
