Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Order Fulfillment: Package and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and strict adherence to safety standards.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records to minimize errors.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse machinery and equipment safely and efficiently during shifts.
- Facility Maintenance: Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and hazard-free at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No Experience Needed: Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard drug screen and criminal background check (no credit check required).
- Basic Skills: Basic computer literacy and the ability to read work orders and labels.
