Responsibilities
- Packaging & Shipping: Safely pack, seal, and label products for shipment to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, inspecting, and verifying incoming stock against purchase orders.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately to meet customer deadlines.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment such as forklifts (after training) and pallet jacks.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Conduct basic quality checks to ensure product integrity before dispatch.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available for Full-Time hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and inventory counts.
- Communication: Basic ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred but not strictly required.
