Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks, pallets, and containers using hand trucks and forklifts.
- Packing & Shipping: Accurately pack, label, and prepare products for shipment to customers.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Equipment Operation: Operate standard warehouse machinery (training provided).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure quality standards are met.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Punctual and able to work a consistent schedule.
- Documentation: Must be eligible to work in the USA.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a standard background check.
- Communication: Basic ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
