Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and organizing stock areas to ensure efficient workflow.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (after certification), and conveyor systems as required.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards before leaving the warehouse.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and warehouse protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and colleagues to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and detail when handling merchandise.
- Communication: Basic English skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliability: A proven history of punctuality and dependability.
