Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload goods from delivery trucks and trailers onto pallets or shelves.
- Packaging: Properly package items using standard materials to ensure safe transit during shipping.
- Inventory Management: Assist with stock organization, counting inventory, and maintaining accurate records.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse machinery such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided upon hiring).
- Site Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to meet daily production targets.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all orders meet our high-quality standards.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
- Physical Ability: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends or overtime as needed.
- Background Check: Must be willing to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Work Ethic: A strong desire to learn and a positive attitude toward teamwork.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy is a plus but not required.
