Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and organize incoming shipments
- Pick and pack orders accurately for shipmentMaintain inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift/pallet jack training provided)
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety compliance
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy (training provided for inventory systems)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
