Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products safely using pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick and pack customer orders to ensure high-quality fulfillment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and performing cycle counts.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on machinery and report any safety issues immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and workplace safety protocols.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide full on-the-job training for the right candidates.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Basic Math: Comfortable with numbers for inventory and labeling tasks.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential.
